Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and satisfaction, and we want you to have a pleasant experience with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it or exchange it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and a photo of the item if it is damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product is opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone. We will confirm your cancellation and process your refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return it once you receive it, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. You will need to send us the item along with the original invoice and the RMA number.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately. Please check this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
